Stage Two – Qualification
We conduct a detailed review of your business plan, team, and market positioning. This includes :
● NDAs and document sharing
● Initial due diligence
● Qualification assessment
Stage Three – The Raise
Spanning 3-4 months, we :
● Develop investor materials
● Build data rooms
● Coach you on presentations
● Guide investor interactions until commitment is secured
Our Fee Model
We believe in transparency :
● Initial Review: Free
● Engagement Fee: A modest fee, based on individual cases. Engagement fees are offset against success fees.
● Success Fee: Based on raise type and amount (Equity 5% to 1%, Debt 4% to 1%)
